Interim Performance & Reward Partner

Our West Yorkshire client is embarking on an exciting period of change and transformation and is seeking an interim Reward & Performance Partner to help shape and implement a new reward and performance framework. This is a 9 month FTC to start ideally end January 2026 and will be working 4 days per week.


What you’ll do:

  • Working with the wider HR team and senior stakeholders, design and embed reward frameworks, job architecture, pay structures, and performance linkages.
  • Calibrate salary ranges using market data and oversee pilot rollouts.
  • Deliver manager training and communication plans to ensure adoption.
  • Support governance for senior leadership compensation and progression.
  • Drive continuous improvement, DEI reviews, and planning for future cycles.

 

What we’re looking for:

This role will suit either an experienced reward and performance individual, or a HR professional with experience of project managing performance and reward, particularly in job architecture, pay structures, and performance linkages.

You will have strong analytical skills and project based skills and possess excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

 

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 FTE

Contract: 9 months, 4 days per week (2 office-based).
